A two-bedroom condo in a Hudson River community in Westchester, with high ceilings, a fireplace, and a deck facing the water. It arrived as an estate sale, empty for years and stripped to the subfloor. We renovated it top to bottom.

Eagle Bay came to us as an estate sale, a unit that had sat empty for several years, down to bare subfloor, with a kitchen and bathrooms decades past their era. What it still had was everything that matters: soaring ceilings, river light, a fireplace, and a private deck in one of Westchester’s most sought-after Hudson River communities.
We renovated the entire interior. New floors throughout, a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and both bathrooms rebuilt from scratch in natural stone. We kept the palette clean and bright so the ceilings, the light, and the seasonal river views stayed the focus of the design.
